Can I order custom sizes or materials?

Yes. Custom sizes and materials are available. We also specialise in monumental sizes for big impact! Please send a message via the contact form on the website or email info@erinjmathersart.com

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it.

If, however, you made a mistake while ordering, please send a message asap and we will do our best to help you.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use many major carriers and local courier partners.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfilment team has received your order.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Additional duty and brokerage fees may apply depending on the local delivery service of your country.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping with few exceptions.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

If the damage occurred prior to shipping, or if there is a defect, then YES, we will absolutely replace it.

If the damage was in transit, please contact the local delivery service and please let as know as well so we may help.
